I conducted usability tests for Con-way on new interfaces with the goal of measuring the efficiency, responsiveness  forgiveness and general usability of the newly designed screens. Tests were performed utilizing Morae and a video camera, with users given scenarios and tasks that tested the flow of the screens to identify any usability issues or user confusion. Findings were collected and distributed to influence change to existing screen design.
