Workflow
At a higher level, workflows can show how several tasks can be accomplished.

Workflows

Goal: The Workflow or Taskflow shows the actions the user performs to accomplish a specific task.

My Role: I researched and interviewed customers, gathering information on the steps they take to accomplish certain tasks. These workflows were used to ensure the screens I designed had all the necessary elements for a user to easily accomplish the desired task.
