Usability Test

Goal: Gauge the usability of an interface by having a user perform timed tasks while their screen actions and facial reactions are being recorded.

My Role: I created prototypes and a research plan to test the usability of a proposed interface based on quantitative and qualitative data. User were asked to perform tasks and their actions and face were recorded. I made recommendations for interface changes based on task completion, time-on-task, and user satisfaction.
